Now that our development is under way and a second one is upcoming, we no longer accept construction jobs in other parts of the country. We only build in our own developments which are currently in Sarchi and Carbonal de Grecia.

Our current developments include the Vista De Sarchi planned gated community where we only have one lot left for sale. Our Carnonal Vista Point de Grecia is being subdivided and has views of the city comparable to our property in Sarchí.

For those of you that are thinking about designing your custom home we have a few words that may save you money. First, we do not recommend that you use your US architect for anything more than preliminary designs (their plans will not be accepted down here). Second, you are going to be shocked to find out how much a Costa Rican architect costs.
