Vista de Sarchi - Master Site PlanOur development is entirely different than the “slash and burn” urbanizations being built in Costa Rica. We are specifically limiting land ownership to the house and patio areas so that we can preserve the natural beauty and atmosphere. Our goal is to create each house specifically designed to the terrain while maintaining privacy between the houses. We will have a gated community of similar style and quality homes to protect your investment. Here is the Architect’s concept of what the finished project will look like: This property is a hill starting at the street at the bottom of the diagram with the crest where the large hexagonal house sits on Lot 5. From there it goes back downhill to the blue river at the top of the diagram. Working from the river to the road you will find well maintained walking trails leading down to the river. For you peaceful enjoyment there will be picnic tables, sitting areas and a small parking area. Next, Lots 8 and 9 are located along the irrigation canal where you can hear the mini-waterfalls creating a soothing atmosphere. Imagine sitting on your deck, listening to a gentle stream of water all while viewing a beautiful sunset. Lots 6 and 7 have some of the most beautiful views of the gorgeous mountains surrounding mountains. Sunset views from these properties will be spectacular! SOLD! The living room will open out to a deck over the garage with breathtaking views all the way to Cartago! Lot 3 has the Vista de las luces model home and is the sister to lot 4 and is located near the top of the hill and have fabulous views of the central valley all the way to San Jose. The optimal home for Lot 4 is a mirror image of our Vista de las luzes located on Lot 3. There is room for an optional “Mother in Law” unit next to the garage. Down near the street, lots 1 and 2 have fabulous views of the central valley all the way to San Jose. They have the added benefit of being adjacent to the water canal. These will have larger two story homes on them with the garage, guest quarters and possible a home entertainment theater room downstairs. The living and sleeping areas will be upstairs with unobstructed views of the central valley. Lastly, the caretakers’ house will be part of the closed entry way.
