Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee the workmanship of our construction as follows:

1. Our general guarantee for workmanship starts on the date of sale and continues for twelve consecutive months.
2. Defects due to faulty Architectural or Engineering design are covered for five years from the date of sale.
3. Appliances and fixtures are covered by the guarantees or warranties of their respective manufacturers.
