Use Your Own DesignEvery house we build is unique. We have sample plans but the facts are that every lot is different and every customer has their own wants and tastes. If you have a house that you would like custom designed we can offer a one stop service from concept to finished product, even if your idea is only something sketched on a napkin. Through our sister company at www.CRPlans.com, we have full time Architects and Civil Engineers on retainer. We offer start to finish service whether it be a single house, a commercial building or a condominium in the most difficult areas to obtain permits. Our professionals have designed, obtained permits and built houses, condominiums, gas stations, commercial buildings etc. Our teams are specialists in working in the “difficult” areas such as Escazu and the beach areas where the permitting process can sometimes take up to two years. Many projects in these areas have failed and gone by the wayside because they never received their permits or received them after the owners ran out of money.
